ACROVIS is a privately-held biopharmaceutical company engaged in the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for the treatment of human diseases for which current therapy is either lacking or ineffective. Given the difficulty of successfully developing a new therapy, we focus our efforts on developing therapies to help patients suffering from the greatest unmet medical needs. The company has built up a fully integrated drug development platform that spans therapeutic target identification to drug development. Within our proprietary in-house therapeutics programs, ACROVIS specialises in small molecule drugs with novel mechanisms of action. This focus has resulted in an exciting product pipeline. Our lead product candidate ACR-488 is a first-in-class small molecule for cancer treatment. The proprietary in-house therapeutics programs of ACROVIS focus on liver and kidney diseases.
ACROVIS also runs a successful fee-for-service contract research business. We offer integrated services for protein structure-based drug discovery, combining in-depth expertise in chemoinformatics and structural biology with classical medicinal chemistry and organic synthesis.
